Update

Noah, when I put him to bed early last night for fighting with Alex:  "Mom, I want to be nice but Alex just wont let me!"

Alex, when I scolded her and swatted her bum (that's how someone who doesn't believe in spanking justifies spanking) for trying to wake-up Noah for the 50th time last night:  Laughing in my face, "You spank my bum!  That tickles!" followed by more hysterical laughter.

Me, when I finished reading "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Buying and Selling a Home" and then contemplated putting an offer on a home next week:  an almost anxiety attack which I tried to fight off by laying on the floor and doing some deep breathing (while Alex yelled at me to get up and feed her her cereal).

Paul, on his last day as a medical student:  who knows, we haven't seen him all day.  He left before we were awake and still isn't home.  Yes, it's midnight.

I love the part about Alex laughing at you for spanking her bum, lol. I guess thats what you get for laughing at her and videotaping her while she bawled her eyes out in the bathtub. :)
Congrats Paul! What an awesome feeling that must be! :)

Summer, you have reached another milestone in life, no, I'm not referring to Paul's graduating from med school.....but the fact that you admitted to spanking Alex's bum, I'm proud of you. And I'm sure you'll agree that the three times I spanked your bum when you were a little disagreeable snot is what made you into the humble hard A you are today!

Dad...the three times you spanked Summer also taught her to spank her little sisters when she was mad at us...and then when we started crying Summer would promptly respond with an innocent, "What happened!?" So that she wouldn't get in trouble. ha ha, awww memories!

I know Tiff, I forgot to say that Summer lies, I should have spanked her more.

Wow, really done (well done with this part!)... that is so great! This year of Tom's residency has been so tough it gives me such a sense of awe and admiration for the med students wives. You truly are remarkable! I can see how the situation you were going through would definitely bring you together and I am glad you all had each other for support. Good luck with buying your house! How exciting!!!
