Note to self:

Running...not fast and not far, but running

No stroller, no kids

A good friend

A great night...and one happy girl

(who also happens to be the wife of one hard-working intern and the mother of two cute but crazy kids)

In Summary:
Running + friend - kids = happier (and hopefully skinnier) me

I am so glad you were able to get out! I've been thinking about you this week and how hard it must be with Paul's busy life and you with the kids. you are doing a great job and I admire how brave you are! I would love to see pictures of your finished painting project!

Amen Summer! I'm glad you got to go stroller-free, that's the best (even if you do have a sweet stroller, there's something so cleansing, relaxing, and invigorating about going without the kids.)I miss running, I haven't gone on a run since NOVEMBER! It was like my prozac. My foot still hurts if I even think about it...pincko foot!

yeah for you!!! i just started running again, too, and i can barely run over a mile. when i finish i feel worse than i did after my 1/2 marathon. taking running breaks really helps you get OUT of shape way too quickly dang it! oh well...maybe in a few months I can run 2 or 3 miles. good for you!!!
ps-you are amazing on the painting thing & honestly, after reading what you have to do, i'll probably hire someone to do it! thanks for the info!:)
