You know you've been gone too long when...

1. You can't remember how to work your tv
2. You can't come up with a grocery list because you have no idea what you used to cook
3. The thought of eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch is apalling - until you rememer that's what you used to eat everyday. Paul was like, "What do you want, prime rib?"

Guess it wasn't just the kids that got spoiled : ) Love you family!

Can't wait for the blog entries, and it's so nice when everyone else cooks for you while out of town...I understand.:) Good luck adjusting back to real life.:) Wish I could help you more...just keep on blogging.:)

lol, that is so true about getting so used to fine dining in our family! Except when I get home I just wanna fast for a week cuz I feel like I've gained 20 pounds from eating so much good food! I'm happy for you guys that you are finally back home! Even though we miss you all! xoxo

haha, I love Paul's response. Amen to being spoiled on vacation and coming back to reality. It was hard for us and we were only gone for 2 weeks, I can't imagine 7! I hope adjusting back to boring life is going well! ;) I keep having to tell my kids that it's okay to be bored and we're just bored sometimes at our house. It's not like grandma's house ;)
