The kids and I went to Eddy's Fruit Farm on Wednesday and picked apples...it was a blast! I, of course, forgot to bring my camera. When I tried to get some pictures of the kids with their apples when we got home they were (obviously) less than cooperative.
Noah was so proud of how many apples he picked and that he could carry his really heavy bag around the orchard.
Alex kept shouting "Appa!" and tried to keep up with her big brother. She, too, insisted on carrying her own bag of apples but it kept making her fall down. She'd just say to herself "Hop-up Alex!"

Oh I'm jealous! We went there always, too! Fun stuff and yummy apples!
I'm jealous too! I loved that midweek activity with all our pals! Love the quotes blog. I have to write a few down and post them. They just say the funniest things, eh?! So I love the new look of your blog! How'd you do it?!
Summer-
I love the stories you tell about those cute little grandkids, this blog will end up being a great journal. You should write childrens books.....keep it up. We sure do miss you and look forward to Thanksgiving when we can spend more time together.
Love Dad
Okay, I love all of the stories about your kids. They are so cute and so funny! And so fun that you took them to pick apples, I think that my kids think they grow in nice piles in the grocery store...
